Please CONTACT us for your input and for sales information.
CLIDE TM V5.0 for WINDOWS TM represents an enhanced upgrade to the CLIDE TM software program. CLIDE TM is an application program providing communication companies the ability to record signal leakage measurements in a system, calculate the cumulative leakage index, manage signal leakage information and generate the Federal Communication Commission compliance reports and added to this version is an Outage Tracker.
This CLIDE TM version provides WINDOWS TM 2000 and WINDOWS TM XP users with the expanded application program built on the original DOS TM version. However, this is only the beginning of enhancements made to this program. RITEL SYSTEMS has improved the program to achieve the following customer goals:
· Provide a signal leakage tracking program that operates in WINDOWS TM 2000 and WINDOWS T M XP
· Provide expanded analysis of historical information and of leak location information.
· Provide a wider range of test equipment interfaces to signal leakage devices.
· Provide customer requested work order management features and data export capabilities.
· Eliminates the manual process of collecting, analyzing and reporting of signal leakage activity
· Automatically produces all FCC reporting documents at the push of a button, including electronic filing of your reports.
These detailed enhancements to the system provide greater insight to how RITEL SYSTEMS has improved the management information system to save countless hours of wasted administration time associated with signal leakage preventative maintenance. These hours become valuable because the administration is quite tedious AND surveys show that generally a higher paid technician/engineer is assigned to complete this work. The details of RITEL SYSTEMS programming improvements are as follows:
CLIDE TM is WINDOWS TM 2000 and WINDOWS TM XP compatible including the ability to handle all of WINDOWS TM functionality including installed printers, USB devices and other peripheral drivers.
· Automated generation of FCC Cumulative Leakage Index Filing Reports to an ink jet or laser printer attached to the WINDOWS TM operating system as well as electronic filing via your internet connection.
· Automated additional CLIDE TM reports requested by customers and developed by RITEL SYSTEMS.
· All reports to the screen with option to print or export in a chosen protocol.
· Allow export of vital signal leakage data from the CLIDE TM system to EXCEL TM for customized customer analysis.
· Expansion of AREA code to ten digits allowing the input of 10 digit map numbers or other references.
· Expansion of other fields, such as the LOCATION FIELD allowing the user to track signal leakage with more precise information.
· Interface to standard CLI test equipment from the older CLM-1000, ComSonics, Cable Leakage, and other remote terminals as well as that of other test equipment.
· Development of a signal leakage work order management systems with the following features:
Þ Work order entry information.
Þ Reports by LEAK SOURCE CODE.
Þ Allow unrepaired leak entries designator fields to be manually changed.
Þ Allow inclusion or exclusion of fixed leaks in CLI Report.
Þ Complete leakage statistical reports.
Þ Complete analysis by TECH CODE.
These features make the CLIDE TM system an invaluable tool to a communication company’s technical department. These upgrades have been developed after careful surveys of existing customers and qualified technicians/engineers. RITEL SYSTEMS has thoroughly developed a program that will become the solution of the future in all signal leakage preventative maintenance programs and FCC cumulative leakage index compliance programs.
Outage Tracker TM

Choose Subsystem
As with the CLIDE TM program, you must first specify the subsystem you are working with before proceeding with the rest of the program. The same subsystems and areas used by the CLIDE TM program are also used by the Outage Tracker package.
Reports Menu
Choosing this option will bring up a list of the available reports for the Outage Tracker package. They are as follows: Repaired Outages Report This report provides a list of all outages that have been repaired. It shows all the information pertaining to each outage. Unrepaired Outages Report Selecting this report will give a listing of all unrepaired outages recorded. It has the same information as that of the previous report, with the exception, of course, of any repaired outage data. Outage Statistic Report This report will display a list of all possible causes for an outage and the number of outages for each cause. The causes are broken up by category and listed by code. Category totals are provided as well as the percentage of outages for each code in each category. Outage Menu Selecting this option brings you the ability to view and manipulate recorded outages. A brief description of each selection under this menu follows: Update/Enter Outages Each outage is represented on one entire screen. You may manipulate and browse through the list of these outages by pressing the first letter of each choice in the Add/Update Outages menu.
